what i asked for was a specification of

It can drop obsidian blades, and i think voltaic spears and then any FoW weapon that you could get from a normal chest in there. Not sure if there is anything else.

By random inscribable rare items, they mean random inscribable rare items. (Golds)

There are hundreds of them.

It's not a "random" one though, you cannot get say an outcast shield from the FoW chest.

Add to that:

-Outcast items (also staffs)
-Plagueborn items
-Celestial Staff and Scepter
-Echovald/Ornate/Gothic/Bladed shields
-Bo/Dragon staffs
-Jellyfish/Amber/Jade stuff
-some other canthan stuff i'm forgetting

IMO the most expensive things out of that chest are Obsidian Edges, Voltaic Spears, and Draconic Aegis (I think, someone confirm this).
